    Due to the entry into force of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, IDEACER INOX S.L. welcomes you to the Internal Information System it has implemented for this purpose, enabling the corresponding Internal Information Channel. This is intended to comply with the dual purpose of the law:
    – To protect, against possible retaliation, individuals who, in a work or professional context, detect serious or very serious criminal or administrative violations and report them through the mechanisms regulated therein.
    – To promote a culture of information sharing.

    Who can report through this channel?
    – Employees and self-employed individuals.
    – Shareholders, stakeholders, and individuals belonging to the administrative, management, or supervisory body, including non-executive members.
    – Anyone who works for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    – Volunteers, interns, and workers undergoing training, regardless of whether they receive pay.
    – Those whose employment relationship has not yet begun, when information about violations has been obtained during the selection process or pre-contract negotiation.
    – Legal representatives of workers in the exercise of their duties of advising and supporting the whistleblower.
    – Individuals assisting the whistleblower in the process who may suffer retaliation, such as coworkers or family members of the whistleblower.
    – Legal entities for which the whistleblower works or with which the whistleblower maintains any other type of relationship in a work-related context, or in which the whistleblower holds a significant stake.

    How can you report information about any irregularity?
    – By postal mail addressed to the Internal Information System Manager of IDEACER INOX S.L., Polígon Industrial de Ponent, Carretera de Termens, Km. 1.3 of Bellvís (Lleida).
    – Through the Complaints Channel that IDEACER INOX S.L. has enabled on its website.
    – In person. Through any of the other channels, by sending a request to the System Manager, to make the communication in person.
